Fees: $395.95 paid upfront

Purpose: This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for providing verification of the information provided by the client and a Restricted Use Appraisal that includes sales comparables and a valuation, without guaranteeing the success of an appeal.

Key Terms:

Services Provided: The appraiser will verify the information provided by the client and conduct an abbreviated appraisal to determine the property's valuation using sales comparables.

Fees: The client agrees to pay a fee as outlined in the agreement for these verification and appraisal services.

Scope: The appraiser will gather additional data, if necessary, and provide a valuation based on comparable sales, market trends, and other relevant factors.

Limitations: This engagement does not involve filing an appeal, conducting a full appraisal, or providing a guarantee of success in any appeal process.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep any provided information confidential and only use it for the purpose of this engagement.

Payment: The client agrees to make the payment as outlined in the agreement, which may be a flat fee or based on an hourly rate for services rendered.

Results: The appraiser will provide an abbreviated appraisal report that includes the valuation and supporting data used to arrive at that valuation.

Liability Waiver: The client acknowledges that the appraiser does not guarantee the outcome of any appeal process and releases the appraiser from any liability related to the appeal's success or failure.
